Plugd is a commission-free online ordering system that empowers restaurants to reclaim customer experiences and profits. By utilizing Node.js for REST APIs and React.js for the client-side, Plugd revolutionizes direct restaurant-to-customer interactions.
Technologies used: Upgraded system from a legacy PHP framework to Node.js and React.js, leveraging EC2 instances, RDS for the database, and Redis for caching.

Timetronic is a customized CMS system designed for security provider companies and event management. The legacy PHP and Phalcon backend, coupled with a template-based frontend, posed challenges. To enhance user experience, we developed JavaScript and jQuery-based frontend widgets and utilized AJAX for network communication. The backend was migrated to a new API-based server using Node.js and Express.js, with Docker used for deployments.

Proofreading Pros is a platform that connects users with expert proofreaders. With a team of native English linguists available 24/7, it offers fast and affordable copyediting and proofreading services.
Technologies used: The platform utilizes JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML/CSS for the Google Docs add-on, Node.js and Express.js for the API-based backend server, AngularJS for the client and freelancer dashboard, and AngularJS for the admin panel. Deployments are facilitated using Docker. Additional tools and technologies include Stripe, MailChimp, and JWT.

SparkPredict is an analytics solution revolutionizing maintenance operations by minimizing downtime and delivering significant cost savings. Using machine learning and sensor data analysis, it identifies suboptimal operations and predicts impending failures, providing actionable insights. SparkPredict’s successful detection of a manufacturing defect in a combustion turbine prevented a catastrophic failure. Industries such as oil and gas and manufacturing benefit from this solution.

Guard Patrol System is a revolutionary solution developed for a German security company, CDS. Using NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, it enables real-time monitoring of guards’ activities. Unlike traditional offline systems, this solution allows online monitoring and immediate alerts for missed checkpoints or reported incidents. The server-side is built with Spring Boot, while the client-side utilizes AngularJS and Bootstrap. Google Maps integration provides live location tracking for guards.

As part of a team working on a project to replace Walmart’s third-party ERP system with a custom solution, I contributed to the development of the backend using Java and the Camel Framework. The admin web portal was built using Spring Boot and AngularJS.
